This past weekend was the annual Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians’ Powwow, with competitors from many different tribes and nations in full regalia performing in competitive dance for cash prizes. The weather was great all weekend, the crowds were huge, and a good time was had by all. ABLA Board members and their guests were present, and occasionally participated in the festivities. You can view our collection of photos and videos from our Saturday night visit here. The Cherokee One Feather’s gallery covering the whole weekend can be found here.
